With a background in Aerospace Engineering, I have spent the past 10 years leading programs and product development projects across a range of industries, from e-mobility and horticulture to smart heating. The products I helped bring to market are now operating across Europe and North America.
Born in the Italian Alps, I'm now based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Led the development and rollout of structured frameworks (NPI and PLC), giving every product a repeatable path from requirements through design, build, and validation. Establishing requirement-to-test traceability and clear quality gates at each stage, standardising how teams moved from concept to launch.
Directed the build of real-time views of how the installed base is performing, bringing live quality KPIs, uptime, and emerging HW/FW issues into one place to enable data-driven decisions.
Designed and implemented end-to-end field-issue resolution process: capture, triage, routing to the right HW/FW team, resolution, deployment, and verification. Replaced reactive firefighting with a measurable, repeatable workflow that shortened time-to-fix and fed learnings back into product improvement.
